We are a company specialized in managing short term accommodations in Barcelona. Our apartments are all fully equipped with great comfort, providing personalized service.
Our goal is to make our clients feel comfortable and most importantly at home and experience living like the locals. Which is why our staff if made up of well prepared professionals in this sector.
Other than apartments, we also offer a wide range of extra services to our clients.

What does the confirmation email contain?
You will receive an email with all the information about your stay as well as: address, how to get the keys, contact person and their phone number and outstanding balance due. Please read it carefully.
How can I modify or cancel my reservation?
For modifications or cancellations please send an email to email@example.com , it is not always possible to modify the reservation and the rates may vary depending on the dates.

What if I’m travelling with children?
Children are welcome in all our apartments. If you need a baby crib, ask us and we will provide one free of cost.
Prepay. To confirm the reservation, the client must prepay 10% of the total cost. You can pay with credit/debit card through the “Book Now” button. For different payment methods send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the apartment booked, dates of the reservation and the payment method you want. The reservation will be confirmed once this payment is done.
Final payment. The pending amount will be paid at the arrival to the apartment, the payment methods are cash, credit card of bank transfer. We do not accept checks or promissory notes. Cleaning fees, city tax and security deposits will also be paid on arrival, depending on the specifications of each apartment.
Reimbursable security deposit. Clients must pay a security deposit to cover possible damages to the apartment. This deposit is paid at the moment of the check-in in cash or through a preauthorized credit card. The normal amount is 150€ but there are apartments that require a 400€ security deposit. For long term stays the security deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent.
On the check out we will verify that everything is in the same conditions as when we gave the apartment. The security deposit is reimbursed as long as these conditions are met.
For long term stays the security deposit will be returned one week after the check out to have time to evaluate possible damages.
The security deposit will be held partially or completely if we find damages in the apartment made during the guest’s stay.
In case the apartment is not given back in the same conditions (furniture moved around, dirty kitchen, trash, more guests) there will be a 100€ surcharge.
City Tax, An overnight accommodation tax has been applied by the Catalan Government as of 1st of November 2012.
The fee of 0,72€ per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights is not included in the rental price of the apartment and your check-in agent will ask for this to be paid. Anyone under the age of 17 is exempt. For further information please refer to the following official Catalan Government website.
The reservation is not confirmed until the 10% is prepaid.
1-In case of cancellations more than a week before the arrival date, the client will lose the 10% prepaid amount.
2-In case of cancellations less than a week before the arrival date, the client will lose 50% of the total cost of the reservation.
3- In case of cancellations on the same day as the arrival date or in case of no show the client will be charged the total cost of the reservation.
The cleaning fee will never be charged in case the client does not use the apartment.

Having been in Barcelona 3-4 times in the past in places with comparable rates, I would say great value for money. We both recommend it!

Elena Z - We (a group of four people) stayed at this flat for a week and it was really nice. The flat is exactly as it is shown at pictures, small but cosy and with all facilities needed. Flat's location is also quite beneficial - 15 minutes to nice beach and a huge shopping mall with a supermarket just across the road. I would recommend the flat for everyone who like such type of staying.

Sheh D - Very Very nice apartment for comfortably 3 people, totally as shown in photos. Located very near to Placa Catalunya. As you get down the apartment grocery store is available and in 50 metres only you can everything one needs to stay comfortably. Host of the apartment is really friendly and helpful. WiFi is also good. Nearest metro station is 200 metres. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook our own food. Spacious apartment. I will surely visit again and recommend my friends.
Daniil L - Apartment we lived at was in a good location, close to metro, bus and tram stops. Also, shopping mall was just few steps away. Apartment was clean and contained everything we needed. Also despite the fact of our late arrival we were met and checked in when we needed. In overall - very good experience.
Terms and conditions
Please ensure that you provide us with your correct arrival time so that we can plan your check-in and keep your contact person informed of any changes or delays.
Your contact person will have your contact number and email in the event that we need to contact you with regards to your arrival time. You can send this information via email to email@example.com, or call on (+34) 622 160 261.
Your confirmation email clearly states where you can find your contact person on the day of your arrival.
You should call your contact person when you arrive at the airport (or 1 hour prior to arriving at your destination city in car).
To the apartment, where our check-in agent will receive you and give you the keys, as well as further apartment information
The apartment will be available as of 15:00h, however we will always try to accommodate clients arriving early if we possibly can. It is extremely important that we have your correct arrival time. You will be obliged to wait for your contact person and your check-in will be delayed if we do not have this information.
Please remember that check-in is between 15.00h and 02.00h. If you are arriving after 22.00h, there is a late check-in fee of 20€.
You should leave the apartment before or at 11:00. Leaving after 11:00 without prior authorization will be penalized.
If you need to leave the apartment at a later time, please ask if this is possible at check-in. We will try to meet your request if we do not have an early arrival the following day. If it is possible, you may stay in the apartment until 18:00 but this will be subject to an additional charge of 50% of the apartment rental price per night. Leaving any time after 18:00 will entail an additional charge corresponding to the full rental price per night of the apartment.
On the day of your departure you should leave the apartment clean and tidy with all waste correctly disposed of. Please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you after making sure that you have all your personal belongings with you and after ensuring that the main door to the building is not locked with a key.
We can book a taxi prior to your departure if you request one in advance.
The apartment will have been cleaned prior to guests arrival.
Before leaving, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in perfect conditions, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied. If not, there will be an additional cleaning charge.
Number and identity of guests
The client should inform Bed&BCN of the number of guests in the booking.
Only those persons indicated in the booking made by the client may enter the apartment, unless an alternative agreement has been reached with Bed&BCN.
The number of clients using the apartment should not exceed the number assigned to each apartment, except for in the case of infants under the age of two.
Pets are not allowed unless permission has been specifically granted.
Should the client fail to comply with any of the aforementioned Terms and Conditions, Bed&BCN reserves the right to ask the client to leave the apartment, and the client in question cannot request any form of compensation.
Conduct in apartments
Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited.. Guests in a Bed&BCN apartment should be aware that if loud music is played, or a party is held, and the neighbours complain and/or police are called, you may be immediately removed from the apartment regardless of the time, day or night.
Noise regulations and respect for other residents between 22:00 and 10.00. We would appreciate your full cooperation in this matter and we hope you understand that these rules are necessary, as our apartments are located in residential buildings with people that have to get up early and go to work. The quiet time in the evening for the neighbours should therefore be respected.
The client, on signing the contract at check-in agrees to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of their accompanying party as well as themselves. If this person, or any of the accompanying party behaves in an unsuitable and incorrect manner, Bed&BCN reserves the right to ask the person and their accompanying party to leave the apartment. Furthermore, from that moment on they will have no right to future claims or any form of compensation. Finally, the client will lose all payments made including the apartment rental and the deposit..
May we remind you that on booking an apartment with Bed&BCN you automatically accept our Terms and Conditions, which we expect you to comply with. You will also have to sign these Terms and Conditions at check-in on the day of your arrival.
Neither Bed&BCN nor the owner will be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused to the apartment as consequence of use by the client. This includes damages, insurance, loss due to fire, theft, and misconduct.
In the event that the client fails to comply with the aforementioned Terms and Conditions, Bed&BCN reserves the right to ask the client to leave the apartment, and the client in question cannot request any form of compensation.

In accordance with that set forth under current legislation as regards Personal Data Protection, you are hereby informed and accept that your data will be included in an automated file held by Bedandbcn S.L. for the sole purposes of carrying out requested administration. You may contact Bedandbcn, S.L. to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition according to law by writing to this address: Carrer Llacuna 161, 3º 08018 Barcelona, or to the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
You also expressly authorize Bedandbcn, S.L. to provide your personal data to collaborators and banking institutions in order to comply with this contract and for the purposes of invoicing and fund collection, respectively.
