Cancelation policy:
The client will pay 30% of the total amount if canceled after making the reservation and the total amount if canceled during the 7 days before arrival.
Children and extra beds:
All children are welcome.
One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 25 per person per night in an extra bed.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 2.
Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
Airport transfer:
Airport transfer service ir possible under request. Price is 45 or 55€ per car depending on time and availability.
Payment methods:
We accept payments in cash, bank transfers, visa and mastercard, other cards may not be accepted. Paypal and bitcoin may be accepted under request. We do not accept checks.
